What if your packaging/product arrives damaged?

-  If an item arrives damaged upon delivery, please make sure to note it on the delivery slip. To expedite replacement process, please take a picture (with mobile phone or any device) and forward it to support@get.furniture.  

-  It is customer’s responsibility to inspect products and packaging for any visible damages, upon delivery and note it in details on the paperwork.

-  If an item is subjected to a replacement, new product is usually shipped within 48 hours, after all necessary documentation has been received.

-  Customer is NOT responsible for any shipping fees, of replacing a damaged product.

-  All delivery time frames are based on product availability. Get.Furniture will notify with exact ETA within 24 hours after the order is placed. We strive to provide an outstanding customer service, discounted prices, and quick delivery with assembly anywhere within the Continental United States
