What if I want to return or exchange?
- If there was no error on our part or the item arrived damaged, customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item arrived damaged, replacement will be sent out at no cost to customer.
- If you are not happy with your purchase or not sure if you are keeping the furniture, make sure to notify DELIVERY CREW that you would like to keep all the boxes and packaging. To qualify for a return, all items must be in original packaging and condition. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your purchase.
Once the items arrive at our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be submitted within 48 hours back to the original payment method, minus delivery charges for this order (if any), as long as customer has all original packaging and condition.
- Customer may cancel the order within 48 hours after it is placed, without any restocking fees or charges.
- If order is canceled, after the merchandise has left the warehouse or while it is already in transit/carrier’s warehouse/out for delivery, return shipping fee will be applied.
- It is customer’s responsibility that purchased merchandize fits through doorways/hallways/stair-cases and entry ways. If you are not sure, or if you have any restriction, make sure to contact us at email@example.com and consult with our sales associates.
- Special orders cannot be canceled or returned.
