What if your packaging/product arrives damaged?

-  If an item arrives damaged upon delivery, please make sure to note it on the delivery slip. To expedite replacement process, please take a picture (with mobile phone or any device) and forward it to [email protected].  

-  It is customer’s responsibility to inspect products and packaging for any visible damages, upon delivery and note it in details on the paperwork.

-  If an item is subjected to a replacement, new product is usually shipped within 48 hours, after all necessary documentation has been received.

-  Customer is NOT responsible for any shipping fees, of replacing a damaged product.
